Solar Mono Display was initially developed as part of a student magazine project that explored new sustainable technologies and in 2022 it evolved into a custom display font. Solar Mono Display was mainly inspired by solar panel grids which informed its futuristic and structural aesthetic. Photo source: NASA library.
